A small team building from work we know

aiassistant.sg is run by a small Singapore team that operates e-commerce and retail businesses. Since 2024, we have used assistant workflows for personal administration, research, lead handling, customer enquiries, internal knowledge, recruitment screening and infrastructure monitoring.

For many bounded workflows, model capability is no longer the hard part. The difficult work is connecting approved information and existing systems, defining permissions, and handling exceptions. That integration work is what we now offer as packages modelled directly on the systems we already run.

We keep our public profile deliberately spare. Instead of borrowed credibility, each package page sets out the workflow, inputs, approval boundaries, data considerations and indicative price. It is the information we would want before inviting a system into our own operations.
