What we collect, and what we deliberately don't

01Browsing this site

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to count visits and understand how the site is used. GA4 records pseudonymous visit data: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referral source, and a first-party browser identifier used to distinguish visits. We do not send GA4 names, contact details, free text, account IDs, or a user ID. We run no advertising trackers and sell no data. You can block or clear analytics cookies with your browser controls.

02The Assistant Finder

Your answers are multiple-choice categories — audience, need, systems, frequency, autonomy, sensitivity, budget band. Your brief is generated in your browser; you can read, print, or save it without giving us any contact information. The categories you select and related Finder actions are sent to GA4 as analytics events. We do not send the generated brief, contact information, or free text. We use aggregate patterns to improve the Finder, not to identify a visitor.

03The enquiry form

When you submit an enquiry, what you wrote — your name if given, your contact details, and your message — is delivered to our team by email and used for the enquiry or a resulting engagement. It is not stored in a website database or application log and is not added to marketing lists. Our hosting, mail-relay and mailbox providers process it to deliver and store the message; they do not receive it for their own marketing use. Closed enquiries are deleted when they no longer serve a business or legal purpose; active engagements follow the retention terms in their scope. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, further data handling is governed by the written scope you sign. You can withdraw consent or ask what we hold about you at any time via the same form or by replying to any email from us. After a successful submission, GA4 receives the selected enquiry category as a lead event; it does not receive your name, contact details, or message.

04Data protection contact

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be reached through our enquiry form. Begin the message with “Privacy request”. You may use the same channel to request access or correction, withdraw consent, or raise a concern about how personal data was handled.

05What we never do

• ✕Sell or rent personal data, to anyone, for any reason.
• ✕Disclose an individual's responses or contact details for another organisation's own use without explicit, specific consent.
• ✕Put names, emails, contact details, or free-text answers into analytics tools.
• ✕Claim to know what any identifiable person searched for.
