What we collect, and what we deliberately don't

Written for humans. Operated from Singapore under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 6 August 2026.

01Browsing this site

We use anonymous analytics to understand which pages help people: pages viewed, approximate location at country level, device type, and how you arrived. We do not collect your name, email, or any identifier that tells us who you are. We run no advertising trackers and sell no data.

02The Assistant Finder

Your answers are multiple-choice categories — audience, need, systems, frequency, autonomy, sensitivity, budget band. Your brief is generated in your browser; you can read, print, or save it without giving us any contact information. Anonymous category answers are recorded as research signals (“how many SME visitors chose customer enquiries with a S$50–199 budget”) — never linked to an identity, and published only in aggregate with small groups suppressed.

03If you ask us to contact you

Early access is optional and separate. If you choose to leave an email, we use it only for the purpose stated when you leave it — updates about the specific concept you selected. We don't add you to unrelated lists, and you can withdraw consent or ask what we hold about you at any time: privacy@aiassistant.sg. Contact details are stored separately from analytics and are never part of published research.

04What we never do

  • Sell or rent personal data, to anyone, for any reason.
  • Share an individual's responses or contact details with any partner or vendor without your explicit, specific consent.
  • Put names, emails, or free-text answers into analytics tools.
  • Claim to know what any identifiable person searched for.
