Clear setup costs. Separate monthly care.

Six integration packages have published price bands. Every engagement pairs an indicative setup band with ongoing care; the written scope carries the fixed quote, inclusions and operating assumptions you approve before implementation.

Mapping, connections, source preparation, boundary tests, launch and handover.

Third-party and usage fees are named separately in the fixed quote

§1Package pricing

Choose the nearest operating pattern

Start with the package whose workflow is closest to the work. The scope then confirms whether it fits as published, needs adaptation, or belongs in a custom engagement.

Custom integration

Multiple workflows or unusual systems

Custom work is quoted separately when several systems, teams or governance requirements make a package band misleading. The written scope still separates implementation, ongoing care, supplier fees and the threshold for a scope change.

Subscription first

Integration is not always the answer

If the work fits inside a general assistant or specialist product without connections or shared workflow state, start there. The Finder is allowed to recommend that instead of one of our packages.

§2What the two charges cover

Compare the whole operating cost

A setup figure alone is not a useful comparison. Ask what is being built, what keeps it working, which supplier charges sit outside the quote, and what you receive when the engagement ends.

Setup covers

Workflow mapping, agreed connections, source preparation, operating rules, boundary tests, launch and handover.

Care covers

Monitoring, routine source and rule updates, failure review, and the support allowance written into scope.

Named separately

Third-party subscriptions, channel and usage fees, applicable tax treatment, launch stages, included revisions and material scope changes.

§3What moves the quote

The band narrows when the assumptions become specific

01

Systems and connections

One well-supported calendar or CRM is different from several legacy systems, unusual APIs, or workflows that cross business units.

02

Data and governance

Sensitive information, granular permissions, formal review records, supplier assessments, or stricter retention controls add design and testing work.

03

Volume and operating care

Message volume, source-change frequency, support windows and the number of people who own exceptions shape the operating requirement.

§4Pricing questions

Before comparing two quotes

Why are setup and monthly care priced separately?

Setup pays for mapping the workflow, preparing sources and rules, making the agreed connections, testing boundaries, launching and handing over. Monthly care keeps the approved system monitored and maintained after launch. Showing both prevents a low setup headline from hiding the real operating cost.

Are model, WhatsApp, CRM or other supplier fees included?

Not automatically. The fixed quote names every known third-party subscription, channel, infrastructure and usage fee, and states whether it is paid directly by you or included in our charge. The published bands describe our integration and care work.

What happens if the work changes after approval?

The scope states what is included and the threshold for a scope change. A new workflow, system, data class or material volume change is discussed and priced before that additional work proceeds.

When is an off-the-shelf subscription enough?

Use a subscription first when one person can complete the job inside a general assistant or specialist tool without connections, shared operating state, formal permissions or ongoing monitoring. The Assistant Finder can recommend that route instead of an integration package.

How is custom integration priced?

Custom work is quoted from its written scope because the systems, workflows and governance requirements vary too widely for a responsible public band. The quote still separates implementation, ongoing care, third-party fees and the scope-change threshold.
